Hi,
It works with this layout !!!
Install suckerfish and switch it on !
Install usernumber like topmenu.
search topmenu component and switch this off !
Now you can add upto 10 levels pull-down !!
Go-Vista Great layout !!!

Setttings "always show submenu items"
That has nothing to do with the template - it's joomla-related.
In Admin-Panel go to Extension->Module Manager and edit e.g. "Main Menu".
on the right side under "Module Parameters" set "always show submenu items" to "No".
